5 YEARS WARRANTY

SOPAL grants all the attention in the manufacturing of its products and makes a commitment to guarantee its sanitary faucets for five years from the purchase date according to the following conditions:
 
Warranty Coverage
 
SOPAL guarantees its products against any defects in manufacture, in material or in aspects prior to delivery.
 
Terms of warranty
 

This warranty covers the pieces’ exchange which contains manufacturing defects.

To benefit from this guarantee the user need to:

  • Install a filter to avoid the passage of foreign bodies (sand, gravel, etc ...) that may damage its mechanisms
  • Clean the pipes before connecting the faucet.
  • Install the faucet by a well-known professional installer.
  • Maintain the faucet properly: Avoid the use of detergents and corrosive additives, Use soft cloth with water to clean the tapsClean aerators and filters periodically.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty may not be assertive in some cases:

  • Damages caused by the use of detergents and chemical or abrasive additives.
  • Defect occurred if the product was not properly installed, maintained or repaired.
  • Damages caused if spare parts other than original ones of SOPAL are installed during repair or maintenance of the product
  • Damages provoked at the chromium-plating of the faucet by the malfunction of siphons.
  • Defect happened during set up.

ADVICE FOR MAINTENANCE

The faucet equipped in our bathroom and kitchen must be maintained to avoid limestone.
Unscrew the aerator, separate the ring from the outer housing then plunge them into white vinegar for two hours.

How to avoid traces on the chromium surfaces of the faucets while cleaning?

  • The faucet should be cleaned every day with water and soft cloth.
  • Never use neither abrasive products nor chlorhydric acids (bleach, solvents, etc…) for cleaning.
  • Never use abrasive sponges.

HOW TO PRESERVE CERAMIC CARTRIGES OF MIXERS

  • Install a y strainer of your faucet to prevent the passage of foreign bodies (sand, gravel, filing, etc…) that damage the cartridges.
  • Clean the pipes before connecting the faucet.
  • Clean the aerator periodically after each two months.
